Overview: As a key leader within our client’s global HR team, the Global Head of Talent Acquisition will drive the talent acquisition strategy and execution across our international footprint. This role demands a dynamic and innovative leader with extensive experience in global talent acquisition, a deep understanding of diverse markets, and fluency in both Mandarin and English. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a Fortune 500 or similarly complex organization, demonstrating the ability to attract, engage, and retain top-tier talent globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership:

    • Develop and implement a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives and cultural values.

    • Lead a diverse team of talent acquisition professionals across multiple regions, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous improvement.

  2. Talent Acquisition Operations:

    • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality candidates in a timely manner.

    • Utilize data-driven insights to refine recruiting processes, optimize candidate experience, and measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.

  3. Global Recruitment:

    • Develop region-specific recruitment plans that address local market nuances and leverage global best practices.

    • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations across all markets.

  4. Employer Branding:

    • Enhance the company’s employer brand to attract top talent in diverse markets.

    • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop compelling recruitment campaigns and materials.

  5. Stakeholder Management:

    • Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide strategic talent acquisition guidance.

    • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, industry associations, and educational institutions.

  6. Diversity and Inclusion:

    • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the talent acquisition strategy.

    • Ensure recruitment practices attract a diverse pool of candidates and promote an inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a Fortune 500 or similarly complex organization.

  • Proven experience managing global recruitment efforts across multiple regions, including Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong understanding of global employment laws, regulations, and best practices.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful talent acquisition strategies.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.

  • Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
