
Senior Manager; Total Rewards
Location: Allenwood, NJ (In Office / Onsite)
Compensation: $120,000 plus bonus.

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Total Rewards that would focus on all aspects of the Benefits function within the firm. Role would directly report to the CHRO of the organization and would own benefits strategy connected at the enterprise level.
NOTE: Our client is willing to consider Manager level talent to promote into Sr. Manager OR Sr. Manager talent into Director level via job change into the organization if it makes sense based on the candidate’s career trajectory, skill , and impact ability.
The Senior Manager Total Rewards will be responsible for development of implementation, standardization of policy and procedures for all things Benefits related.
Core Responsibilities
Provide leadership across all employee benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA/HSA, 401(k), Life Insurance and Disability, Workers Compensation and all other related areas.
Be a consultative expert around all tends and current market conditions around Employee Benefits and Total Rewards. Recommend changes and improvements to senior executive team.
Ensure regulatory compliance with with all State and Federal Benefits requirements. This would include but not be limited to:
Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA),
Health Care Reform Act of 2010 (PPACA)
Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA)
Maintain 401(k) Plan Administration
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, or related field; Advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience (minimum 7+ years) in progressive Benefits / Total Rewards related positions.
Direct experience working in a services based industry.
Direct experience working in a HR role focused on Benefits (COBRA, FMA, 401K, Short and Long Term Disability, etc)
Strong knowledge of Benefits / Total Rewards methodology, operational deployment, and related processes.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage operational performance metrics, budgets, and resources to achieve business objectives.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR , Benefits, and Total Rewards related software
Benefits/FMLA Plan Administration.
Leave Management (FMLA/ADA) experience.
Proven ability to drive change, foster innovation, and adapt to evolving market dynamics.
